Overview

The NACH (National Automated Clearing House) is a centralized payment system implemented in India by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
It facilitates bulk and repetitive transactions such as salary credits, pension payments, utility bill payments, and loan EMIs.

• Use Cases: Bulk debit/credit (salaries, subsidies, EMIs, insurance premiums).
• Benefits: Automated, cost-efficient, reduces manual intervention.
• Settlement: Managed centrally through NPCI.
